These terms govern your use of devyogi.in. Project-specific work is also governed by the proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted by you and DevYogi. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or misuse its content or contact facilities.
3. Proposals and services
Information on this website is general and is not a binding offer. Scope, fees, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before a project begins. Changes may affect cost and delivery dates.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable according to the agreed project schedule. We may pause work when an invoice is overdue. Taxes and third-party charges are handled as stated in the relevant proposal or invoice.
5. Intellectual property
DevYogi retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, and know-how. Ownership or licence rights for custom project deliverables are defined in the project agreement and normally transfer after full payment. Third-party materials remain governed by their own licences.
6. Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential information received through a project and use it only for the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no breach.
7. Warranties and liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Unless expressly agreed, the website and its information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and any project liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement.
